Honey Stix Charcuterie is part of a Mother/Daughter duo and got its start one evening in September 2020. We decided to create a Charcuterie (one of many that we've created for family and friends over the years), take some pictures and see if others might like to indulge with us. The response was phenomenal! Honey Stix Charcuterie then first launched in Fort McMurray with Honey Stix Charcuterie YEG not long after and we haven't looked back since! We love working together, sharing inspirations and ideas and laughing as my Mom tries to navigate Social Media! Mom (Estelle and owner of YEG) has always had such a creative side and enjoys decorating, cooking and interior design. Daughter (Britany) grew up cooking alongside my Mom and has a passion for local business and loves being an Entrepreneur.
